Welcome to Mataji Jyotish Seva. By booking a consultation or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Mataji Jyotish Seva provides astrology and palm reading consultations via video call. The services are offered by Mataji personally, and all consultations are paid services.
All guidance provided is based on Mataji’s experience and astrological understanding. The advice or predictions are meant for guidance and awareness only, not as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Consultations are scheduled only after payment is received.
Payment screenshots must be shared on the official WhatsApp number for confirmation.
Replies may take between 1 minute to 24 hours, depending on the number of active bookings.
The consultation will be scheduled within 1–15 days for standard bookings or today/tomorrow for urgent bookings.
You will receive a message one day before your consultation with the confirmed timing.
If you are busy or unavailable at the scheduled time, Mataji will call again the next day until the consultation is completed.
However, repeated non-responsiveness may lead to cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, as time and energy are reserved for your personal consultation.
If you wish to reschedule, you must inform our team at least 12 hours before the scheduled call.
Your consultation may be recorded and uploaded on our official Instagram or other social media pages.
Faces will not be hidden, and once uploaded, the video cannot be deleted.
If you do not want your video to be recorded or uploaded, you can pay an extra ₹500 and opt for the No Recording/No Upload option.
After payment, it is mandatory to message: “Please do not record our video.”
All communication is done only through WhatsApp messages.
Our team does not speak on phone calls.
The secondary number (8009948895) is used only for sending payment screenshots — no messages or conversations will be done on that number.
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, booking voluntarily, and agree to follow the rules mentioned here.
You understand that the final responsibility for actions taken based on Mataji’s guidance lies with you.
Mataji Jyotish Seva shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect outcome, loss, or consequence arising from the consultation or interpretation of advice. The service is spiritual and guidance-based only.
Your personal data, call details, and messages are kept private as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with any third party.
Mataji Jyotish Seva reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
