At Mataji Jyotish Seva, every consultation is a personal and time-based spiritual service provided directly by Mataji. We value your trust and time, and therefore request you to carefully read our refund and cancellation terms before booking.
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The booking amount is a spiritual Dakshina (offering) made for Mataji’s time, energy, and guidance.
Refunds cannot be issued even if you change your mind, disagree with advice, or fail to attend the scheduled call.
If you are not available at the scheduled time, Mataji will call again the next day until your consultation is completed.
If you wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours before your scheduled consultation time.
Rescheduling is subject to Mataji’s availability and appointment queue.
If you remain unresponsive for multiple days after booking, your consultation may be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
Please ensure your WhatsApp number and network are active to avoid missed communication.
Urgent consultations (₹1101 for India / ₹2101 for other countries) are prioritized and scheduled within today or tomorrow.
Once booked, these cannot be canceled or converted to standard consultations.
If you select the No Recording / No Upload option (₹1101 total), that amount also includes your consultation fee.
This payment is final and non-refundable, even if you later decide to allow recording.
In rare cases, if there are internet or technical issues during the call, Mataji’s team will reschedule your consultation without any extra charge.
However, no monetary refunds will be issued for such delays.
All payments must be made to the official number or account provided.
Payment screenshots must be shared on the correct WhatsApp number for confirmation.
Consultation starts only after payment verification.
